- Partner, ASP Designer, IAHSP. As an interior
designer for fifteen years, Gail is dedicated to creating
environments for sale which will entice potential buyers.
Along with her experience in studying architecture, antiques
and the decorative arts, Gail brings a detail oriented and
honest approach to her designs. Gail was trained at the
Parson’s School of Design in New York, and lives in Holmdel

Debra Dolinsky
- Partner, ASP Designer, IAHSP. With over 25 years
experience in assisting home owners prepare their properties
for sale, Deb blends her talent and enthusiasm for staging
with real estate savvy. She is well versed in all aspects of
the real estate business, and has great skill at advising
clients on how to get the largest increase in their home's
value for the fewest staging dollars. Deb resides in
Marlboro.

ASP Stager is a professional who has completed a rigorous
training program provided by the
International
Association of Home Staging Professionals, (“IAHSP”).
IAHSP is the only professional association in the U.S. that
offers specific training and certification in the home
staging industry. While there are many providers of home
staging services, only professionals that have pursued this
course of study with the IAHSP are entitled to use the Home
Stager Professional Designation.
