We work with our clients in a variety of ways:
Consultations: In this phase, we do a walk-through with the owner and provide a detailed room by room evaluation. Our vantage point starts at the top of the driveway and ends in the basement. We then prepare a written report which recommends improvements to the house that the client can complete on their own. This is a two to three hour process. The investment is about $250-$350.
Home Staging: In this phase we work closely with our clients to implement the recommendations provided in the initial home evaluation. Particular attention is placed on identifying focal points, furniture placement and selection, paint color choices, window spruce up, accessories, plants, wall decor, landscaping. Investment cost is in most cases between $250-$350 per room.
De-cluttering & Packing Services: As you prepare your home for sale it is the most practical time to de-clutter and dispose of unwanted articles, and the time to start packing. We offer a special service for this frequently overwhelming task, $75.00 per hour for two people.
Turnkey-Move-In/Relocation Services: Allow us to assist in helping you make a smooth transition to your new home and neighborhood. Services available:
- Arranging delivery of furniture & furniture set-up
- Purchasing of linens, kitchen supplies and home accessories
- Coordination of contractors, landscapers, painters, house cleaning
- County information including schools, children’s activities, transportation
- Unpacking, Refrigerator Stocking for Arrival, Closet Organization
One Day Makeovers: Using your furniture, accessories and objects d’art we give your home a new focus and look! Furniture layout, art re-arrangement, buying recommendations, etc. Everything necessary to suit your budget and lifestyle.
